Intake Fee: $25.00
Alcohol Testing: $5.00 per test
Drug Testing: $10.00 per test
10 Panel Drug Test $15.00 per test
Drug and Alcohol: $11.00 combined
ETG Testing (Ethyl Glucuronide Test:): Initial Screen $15.00
ETG Confirmation Test: $21 per test. 
GC/MS, LC/MS Confirmation: $26.00 per drug

GC/MS, LC/MS Buprenorphine Confirmation: $40.00 

Drugs Contained in 6 Panel Drug Test: Cocaine, Amphetamines, THC, Opiates, Barbiturates and Benzodiazepines

Please Note: All urinalysis tests are screened for seven different adulterates which is included in the price.
