Alcohol Testing: $6.00 per test
Drug Testing: $11.00 per test
10 Panel Drug Test $16.00 per test
Drug and Alcohol: $12.00 combined
ETG Testing (Ethyl Glucuronide Test:): Initial Screen $16.00
ETG Confirmation Test: $21 per test. 
GC/MS, LC/MS Confirmation: $26.00 per drug

GC/MS, LC/MS Buprenorphine Confirmation: $40.00
